CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/ SALES ADVISORS NEEDED FOR NEW SALES & MARKETING CAMPAIGN!

MULTIPLE OPENINGS AVAILABLE DUE TO HIGH CLIENT DEMAND

ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

At FTA Solutions in Swansea City Centre, we recently began a campaign for the leading movie & video game rental company. Now that their package options are better than ever before, they want our help to spread their message to the public. By explaining available options, we help them acquire new customers and increase their market share so they can remind industry leaders despite the recent arrival of a top competitor!

WE CURRENTLY HAVE OPENINGS INVOLVING:

• Talking about Movies, Films and Video Games
• Face-to-face Sales & Marketing Presentations
• Professional Client Representation/ Customer Service
• Trainee Management/ Business Development

REQUIREMENTS/ RECOMMENDATIONS:

• You need to be 18+ years of age since you'll be signing documents on behalf of our clients
• You'll need to travel to our office in Swansea on a daily basis to return completed customer applications
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are recommended because we operate in a performance-based industry
• Smart dress and confident communication skills are essential since we work with customers face-to face
• Knowledge of Movies, Films, and Video Games can assist in the sales process
• The ability to use an iPad is helpful, but can be taught

No specific work experience is required because we offer product-training workshops, but customer service, retail sales, hospitality or similar customer-oriented experience can be helpful. Similarly, no specific qualifications or degrees are necessary, but business-related ones can be helpful. Growth and earnings are entirely performance-based, so this is the type of position where the more you put in, the more you get out.

Rapid growth opportunities are available because our industry is growing quickly and we have more client demand than we can currently handle. Our Business Development Programme helps prepare people to oversee their own clients and their own market. (Graduates or those interested in Business Management should mention this in their covering letters.)
