Primary responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain software development tools for the ENSIGMA UCC product family Develop and maintain device driver and API software for integration of the Ensigma UCC product family into system-level products Develop and maintain standard software build tools and scripts to support ENSIGMA system-level product development Develop and maintain libraries, simulations and tools to support the software design processes for ENSIGMA communications products Required Skills C programming Basic use of MS Windows and Unix/Linux Able to grasp new concepts and apply them to solving problems Desirable Skills Experience of at least one assembly language Scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript et HTML, XML, XSL etc. Basic Java Personal Specification Well motivated self-starter, keen to succeed Ability to work well in a team Organised Working Environment Member of a small team of engineers Small office environment in pleasant rural locality Informal atmosphere Expanding international business Many long-serving, dedicated employees Fast moving, commercially driven consumer electronics environment Qualifications Honours degree in relevant technical subject Motivation Factors Involved in the development of cutting edge communications systems Opportunity to learn new skills
