You’ll have a pivotal role in our fast moving branch team, as you’ll act as the main point of contact for customer queries and questions, and consistently provide customer service of the highest possible standard. In addition, ! you must strive to maximise our sales potential and effectively deal with a range of administrative tasks.
We’re looking for a first-rate communicator who really understands what customer service is about, as you’ll be actively working in a customer-facing role. Eager to really make your mark in a sales driven, results oriented branch, you’ll be a real ‘people person’ who also has outstanding administrative skills. Previous experience in a similar role is a definite advantage.
A driving license is required for this position. The ability to confidently communicate with customers in both Welsh and English would be a clear advantage’
Part time role working 30 hours per week.
Additional Information:
As a guide normal working hours are Monday to Friday, between 7.30am â€" 5.00pm. You may be required to work alternate Saturdays, 8.00am â€" 12.00.
Special requirements: Must hold a current driving licence. The ability! to confidently communicate with customers in both Welsh and E! nglish would be a clear advantage.
