Duties include:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, whether in person or over t! he phone and provide the highest level of customer service.
- Find suitable solutions to meet customers needs depending on the possibilities available at the hotel.
- Ensure that all check-in and check-out operations are performed to the highest standards
- Deal with a wide range of guests' queries and promote hotel facilities
- Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the shift
- Check the âroom reportâ and keep housekeeping informed of any modifications
- Take reservations and business enquiries out of office hours.
- Prepare and set tables for the next guests
- Prepare and clear the breakfast buffet, cook and maintain the food during the breakfast service
- Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once all the guests have left
- Guest-oriented and service minded
- Good interpersonal skills

- Diplomacy and self-control
- Well organised
Level of Education
A level Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 1 year Languages essential English
