Our client, an I! T managed services provider, is looking for an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Design Consultant to take responsibility for tactical / strategic SAP specific engagements with their clients and partners to gather / workshop solution requirements. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the initial design of a solution and service. The team is expected to proactively work with clients directly or via the Sales team and partners to become trusted advisors identifying and defining programmes of works and strategic / tactical solutions.
As an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Design Consultant, you must have:
A strong background in the business design capturing process of enterprise SAP outsource solutions from a technology and services perspective with experience in matrix & project team management;
Good general knowledge of the IT industry â€" solution design, large complex projects, services, complete end to end outsourcing, consultancy and operational deli! very;
The ability to convey complex messages and concepts ! to a broad audience of non-technical and technical groups;
An understanding of financial and ICT related challenges faced by organisations;
A consulting background;
Pre-Sales & complex SAP Architectural Design experience;
Ability to take an opportunity through from inception to the finish line;
The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver platforms and architecture;
The ability to effectively oversee and own the delivery of SAP NetWeaver components (Basis) during implementation;
Experience of leading a technical team through at least 5 full SAP lifecycle projects. This SAP Pre-Sales Design Consultant role is commutable from: Swansea, Neath, Bridgend, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Newport (Gwent), Bristol
