This a fantastic opportunity to join Bon Bon Buddies, Europe's premier provider of character and branded confectionery in the role of Strategic Account Manager EMEA.

    You will work closely with the License & Design Director to identify revenue opportunities and to develop, implement and manage a fully integrated commercial plan that will strengthen the licensed brand portfolio and maximise sales across EMEA.
  • You will be a key account Manager for all licensed brand franchises, tasked with driving and delivering all relevant business plans in order to meet strategic objectives.
  • You will be required to manage all financial and contractual obligations for each licensed brand in the portfolio.
  • You will lead, develop and manage the license team to achieve set objectives.
Who we're looking for

This new Strategic Account Manager EMEA role requires a candidate that is excited by a brand that is growing, challenging the status quo and achieving fantastic results. As a result to be successful in the role of Strategic Account Manager EMEA you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attribut! es:

  • A minimum of 3 years commercial, financi! al, forecasting, business planning experience.
  • Have a clear understanding of a commercial role within an SME organisation.
  • Strong experience of working in key account management and negotiation skills ideally with children's brands and/or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to win business and turn plans into actions with a profit focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and to be able to create and maintain profitable relationships inside and outside the organisation.
  • Empathy with children's products and preferably recent knowledge of the UK confectionery market.
  • Preferably educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
  • Proven line management experience in delivering company objectives.
