A competitive basic salary up to 25K + OTE (10K guarantee in first 12 months) is available to the successful candidates with 23 days holiday rising with service. Working hours from 7.30am to 6.00pm run in a shift pattern.

Our client is looking for Education Recruitment Consultants for their Education Recruitment branch in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous knowledge of education ! and/or recruitment with a proven track record in sales to assi! st in with a large number of schools across the Birmingham area.
The Person Spec:
You will be organised, proactive and presentable with good communication skills (written and verbal) and motivated to deliver at high standards.
You will have a solid background in the recruitment industry, ideally within education or social care recruitment or be proven strong sales professional.
The successful candidate will be able to match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable, responsive permanent recruitment service, maximising efficiency through the effective use of technology and standard company permanent business operating processes.
