The Company Robert Half Accounts and Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a bespoke design organisation in Cardiff, South Wales The Role This is a newly created role- the client needs to have a commercially aware finance business partner who can work closely with the management team in developing the business.As a SME organisation cashflow analysis and maintaining the good relations with the banks is a key responsibility. You will need to be a credible senior finance person to do this.There is a very capable and committed number two in finance - they need a leader and mentor to them.The business is poised for growth.
