We are currently working on behalf of a large care provider who operate Nursing and Care Homes throughout the country. This company run residential and supported living services for elderly and dementia individuals as well as young people and those with learning and physical disabilities. Working for this group will give you exposure to professional standards and development and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your career within the organisation.Our client is now seeking a Manager to oversee all services at their large Nursing Home in South Wales. This Home caters for elderly, dementia and residents with physical disabilities.
In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) and hold either RMA, NVQ4 or LMC Level 5 qualified with several years experience in Home Management. You should also already be registered with the Care Council for Wales or be able to register by virtue of your Home Management qualifications listed above. You must also have a track record in the delivery of high standards of dementia care in residential settings, have experience of the finance and budgeting side of Home Management. You should also have been involved with the marketing side of Home Management, the recruitment of staff and the overseeing of facilities for running the home.
