The Sales Manager will drive sales and KPIs and lead and manage a team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day to day planning and execution of operations, ensuring the compliance within the store and superior customer service is delivered. The Person Customers are our number one priority Provides great customer service at all times...loves to sell Strong communicator, able to provide clear messages, as well as having the ability to listen
Constantly strive to out perform Leads by example in all aspects of the role Has a good attention to detail, doesn't walk past things that are wrong Proactive and able to use initiative with a `common sense` approach to solving problems Enjoys, in fact relishes a fast moving environment
