DataKom, A le! ading company within telecoms & IT is expanding its business further and are seeking an experienced IT HelpDesk Co-ordinator to join its busy team.
Our product portfolio range from telephone systems, Fixed line services, broadband, IT Support/Supply & more.
The IT HelpDesk Co-ordinator
We are recruiting an experienced & certified IT Engineer that is focused on customer support and enjoys working as part of a team.
Your role will be be our first point of contact for all IT Support issues, initially logging the issue while attempting to resolve on the telephone. - You will also co-ordinate several IT engineers and ensure our service is exceptional at all levels.
You will be resolving Workstation & Server issues mainly, however some additional training on other products within the telecom area maybe required depending on our work load.
You will primarily be responsible for the day to day running of all our IT Support clients and be expected to work unde! r pressure at all times while meeting our SLA targets.
You! maybe required to visit customer sites so own vehicle is essential, however this will be minimal as office based primarily.
You will report directly to our Technical Director.
Your background
Candidates MUST be experienced within a help desk environment, highly trained and preferably certified within Microsoft Desktop Support.
You must show a high amount of knowledge within a server environment, and preferably working towards a server qualification.
Experience of Active Directory, Exchange, RAID is essential.
You must be confident on the telephone and have a bubbly personality as you will be our customers first point of contact.
Experience in a similar role will be a big advantage.
The benefits
You will receive a salary of between 14-20K Depending on experience within a similar role & certification.
Further training will be provided to enhance your ability.
