- Sound financial services background
- Knowledge of UK compliance and governance
- Proven PM track record covering the full life cycle.
- Detailed! knowledge of project phases, best practices as well as common issues and approaches to resolving them.
- Solid background in project managements/software development and associated methodologies
- Hands on approach to Project Management
- Microsoft Office tools experience (especially MS Project)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Strong risk and issue based planning.
- Strong experience of stakeholder management, understanding of training needs analysis and risk analysis associated with the project
- Experience of requirements and processes gap analysis and design
- Working knowledge of Working knowledge of Knowledge of the FICO Collections Suite; Triad, DM, P+.
- The ability work understanding network architecture and interfaces.
- Financial systems experience or knowledge of AS400 systems.
