- £16K + - Restaurant/Brasserie
Our client is a well established Hotel in the Abergaveney Area who serve good quality food. All food served is freshly produced on the premises! .
They offer an A la Carte menu, as well as a Bar Menu. The Chef Role warrants an experienced chef to work on the line and can work alternative sections.
Working 5 days a week.
Your Need:
They are looking for a enthusiastic individual who is passionate about food and is very business and customer focussed.
This is an exciting role for someone with experience working in this field.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act of 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process
The ideal candidate should have:
NVQ level 1/2/3, on job training or foreign equivalent
Brasserie, Rosette or fast paced restaurant experience.
Ideally you will be a productive & proactive thinker, Good communicator, have the ability to work well under pressure.
