Spectrum Internet is the newest rising star within the group and has already won the UK title of
Communications Provider of the Year. It services both business and residential customers as an Internet Service Provider and promises strong growth within these two very different markets. Therefore the strategic decision has been made to separate the marketing activities to allow development to continue.

Successful applicants will be invited to create their own niche in an enthusiastic and

The role will be varied and provide opportunity to ge! t involved in a range of products, services, projects and clie! nt types in B2C markets.
Ideally candidates will be of degree calibre.
You will also be able to prioritise, plan and organise as well as possess excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Candidates must be able to drive and be highly computer literate. Ideally you will also have experience of Indesign and Photoshop.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the marketing of products and services to the right B2C market.Managing and executing the full marketing mix of activities.
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies and activity plan to meet agreed company objectives.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Demonstrate technical marketing skills and exceptional company product knowledge whilst always upholding the core brand values
Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Direct and support marketing resources, including managing their performance! and
professional development.
Prepare content for PR, e-newsletters, e-mailers and campaigns to target audiences.
Manage all PR activities, including frequent, timely and positive coverage across all
available media.
Develop project briefs and managing external agencies such as designers, printers, website management companies, advert designers, to ensure project delivery.
Deliver well planned online marketing campaigns to generate leads and create awareness of brands.
Ability to maintain understanding of customer and market insight and ensure all communications are grounded in genuine customer insight.
Review and update content for company website, including references, case studies, product information etc.
Take lead in planning and arranging corporate attendance at exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring marketing staff source all display materials, promotional items and printed material.
Represent the Company at external meetings, ! forums and networking events.
Ability to influence key internal and! external stakeholders to agree plans and generate hearts and minds buy in to the Marketing Strategy.
Work with all internal departments (purchasing, finance and technical teams etc.) to facilitate marketing activities through the business.
Attendance and contribution at regular team meetings, providing detailed activity reports on a monthly basis.
