This dealership grou! p has been established for over 25 years, and operates from 6 sites in Wales and the South West. They supply cars and commercial vehicles to customers across the region, and pride themselves on reliability and honesty not only through the sales process but also in their exceptional aftersales care.
As a Vehicle Service Technician you'll be carrying out routine maintenance and basic repairs, as well as identifying and reporting faults. You will need to listen to what a customer lists as an issue, and then make a diagnosis, providing the customer with an estimate before you get to work.

Location: Cardiff
Salary: OTE 22K+
The ideal Skilled Vehicle Service Technician will possess the following skills and experience:
- Substantial experience in a similar Car Service Technician / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role in particular within the fast fit arena and minimum NVQ level 3
- EVHC experience
- Excellent communication skills ! and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience of working on either Nissan or Renault vehicles would be advantageous but not essential
