One of Wales' leading companies are looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst, Applications Support Analyst to join their ever growing team.
The 3rd Line Support Analyst position is responsible for supporting the business by dealing with issues that have been escalated from the 2nd Line Team.
Key responsibilities of the 3rd Line Support Analyst, Applications Support Analyst:
- The primary function of the 3rd Line Support Analyst is to maintain the company estate. You will be actively involved with the diagnosis and correction of faults at a coding level to offer the best possible service for the business as a whole
- In addition to this you will also proactively manage and address any risk issues in either the existing environment or for any future transitions. The role holder will also seek to promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement
- Proven experience of dealing in a large IT Development environment with exposure to infrastructure technologies and! concepts
- Able to work with structured frameworks and! methodologies
- Demonstrable analytical ability
- Working knowledge of Java
