And that's where you come in - making sure we do the right thing for over four million Internet subscribers.
You'll respond positively and proactively to all kinds of queries from all kinds of customers, every day. If variety is the spice of life, this is one spicy role! Friendly, professional and genuinely interested in what customers have to say, you'll make great use of the wealth of information about our policies and processes that's at your fingertips - and you'll work closely with specialist colleagues in other departments to get the right answers to those particularly complex questions. A big focus for you will be making sure customers adhere to our acceptable usage policies and contract terms and conditions. That might mean suspending accounts, but by taking a! supportive and helpful approach, we trust you'll resolve most! problems by educating customers instead.
We'll expect you to bring to the role proven investigatory, analytical and complaint handling skills. You're confident balancing a varied workload, prioritising cases effectively and making sure deadlines and targets are met. What's more, you're always looking for new and improved ways of working, and you share ideas with colleagues to make things better for customers. Naturally, you'll have working knowledge of general computer and Internet security concerns and how to investigate and resolve them. Crucially, you're genuinely passionate about great customer care. Ideally, you'll already have experience of using customer management systems and Internet security applications such as ICOMS, Net-Report, IP trace tools, Badger and AUPA.
