We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional people Manager to manage the day-to-day activity at our Control Centre,! ensuring excellent standards of service are delivered to customers whilst managing the control team on shift.
You will ensure the service meets high standards using your sound operational knowledge of the ATW business and train service through real-time management, instruction and ability to lead and also delegate where necessary.
You’ll need great people management skills, drawing on sound judgement, the ability to work under pressure and a passion for delivering excellent Customer service whilst upholding the company values. A confident IT user, with the ability to use all Microsoft office programmes. You will also be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to motivate your team to enable them to continually improve the service they deliver to our customers.
There will be a requirement to work a variable shift pattern including early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be required to work the patterns over ! 37 hours per week.
