Team Leader - Full Time (Flexible)
(Shift Pattern : Sun 05:30 - 23:30, Mon 05:30 - 23:30, Thur 05:30 - 23:30, Fri 05:30 - 23:30, Sat 05:30 - 23:30)

As a team leader you'll be responsible for helping our customers to get what they want by ensuring our shelves are filled, and that other member! s of your team are co-ordinated and kept up to date on what's ! happening in the department. You will make day to day decisions on behalf of your team, and of course, provide support to your section/department manager. You will also be involved in coaching of new starters, co-ordinating your team's rotas and attendance, and communicating key messages. So you will be enthusiastic, hard working and totally customer focused, you'll also have the knack to spur your team on to give customers great service - delivering Every Little Helps.
Flexible working
If you are recruited on a flexible working contract you will have a number of core hours which you will work every week. In addition you will be asked to provide your 'availability' to work additional flexible hours and you may be asked to work all or some of these additional hours each week. You will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice of the additional flexible hours you are asked to work, but should normally be given up to 7 days notice.
