The Opportunity.
Our Client is a Global Leader within its respective market.
In line with their contr! olled expansion plans the Group are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager for Wales.
The Role:
? To ensure excellent stakeholder management of all Welsh stakeholders, both proactively and reactively.
Work at a strategic level building relationships within the industry and amongst key stakeholders in Wales
? Take responsibility for the delivery against sales targets.
? Identify opportunities for development of the domains in Wales
? Work with the policy and marketing teams to develop key messages and value propositions to drive overall marketing strategy for Wales
? Gain an excellent understanding of Welsh customers and work with them to meet their requirements
? Manage the budget and P&L for Wales
? Review campaign performance and make recommendations for future developments
? Create presentations for client meetings / events.
? Research consumer needs in Wales.
? Develop marketing communications programme! for Welsh stakeholders (e.g. Government, Agencies, Associatio! ns etc.).
? Create marketing briefs for agency partners and managing agency activity.
? Provide regular business reporting to the commercial team at head office.
? To maintain and promote brand values and tone in all internal and external work.
The Person:
? Well networked and with a good understanding of the Welsh Commercial and Political environment
? Able to influence people at all levels
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
? Able to motivate a variety of people
? Flexible, with the ability to effectively problem solve
? A strong team player with good people management skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Very strong communication skills, including in particular the ability to explain complicated subjects clearly and succinctly to a lay audience
