Intapeople currently have an urgent need for a well organised project support professional to join a busy Portfoli! o Delivery team within one of Wales's leading IT companies. You will be responsible providing support to the Project, Programme and Portfolio departments and liaising with technical staff, internal management and clients in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time, cost and quality to the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills in order to be successful. The ability to produce accurate reports and documentation will also be essential for the position. You will need to be proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint.
It is essential that this person has experience of working within a challenging Project Support environment and has at least 2-3 years? experience as well as experience of the following:
?Working closely with Project Managers in order to deliver projects on time and within budget.
?Producing accurate financial! reports, monitoring work streams and spend.
?Able to help! out mapping projects.
?Knowledge and understanding of the project lifecycle.
?Building strong business relationships whether it be with internal management teams or external clients.
Those who have worked to Prince 2 methodology or have worked within an Agile environment would be at an advantage when applying for this position.
