We have an exciting position with a leading company who is looking for a Business Analyst with a technical understanding, ideally around Business Intelligence and SQL! .
You will need a mix of analysis skills and strong communication skills as well as some underlying skills and experience in BI, SQL Databases, Crystal Reports (or SSRS) and, ideally, setting up Business Universes.
You will need to obtain user co-operation and commitment to a range of projects as well as maintaining good links between the business users and the IT team. You will be in charge of your own projects so some previous Project Management experience or a desire to get work this way would be benefial.
They are looking for someone fairly assertive who can take control of various projects and work effectively across a variety of different departments.
We feel this role should be commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Cwmbran, Rhondda, Merthyr, Barry, Bridgend, Port Talbot and Swansea.
