Evening & Weekend Customer Service Staff

Description: REED is currently interviewing Evening & Weekend Customer Service Staff right now, this vacancy will be placed in Wales. Our Client is a highly respected financial services company who is looking to recruit Full Time Customer Advisors to work in their established call centres in their office in Duf! fryn, Newport (just off junction 28 of the M4 - on the main Cardiff to Newport bus route) on a long-term temporary basis. There may be the possibility of a permanent role once you have worked in the role for a number of months (no minimum but likely to be post 12 months) but you will have to prove your ability to do the role and commitment to the company, including attendance and positive behaviours.
Key Accountabilities
As an advisor you will be taking inbound calls from our client’s customers, regarding their bank accounts. On a daily basis you will be carrying out balance transfers and dealing with general customer queries. Along with providing excellent customer service you will be expected to promote and up-sell the banks products and services to the customers.
Skills Required
Exceptional customer service is key. You’ve got to love talking to all kinds of people and finding out what makes them tick. Offering them the products and! services that really meet their needs, you’ll explain the b! enefits in simple, straightforward language. Working for such a prestigious organisation you will be given paid training covering everything you will need to know to do your job well, including customer service and sales training. Previous sales experience is desirable but not necessary but a positive approach to promoting products is a must.
Starting 27th August:
Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday either 4pm - 11pm OR 5pm - Midnight (you choose)
AND Saturday 11am - 7pm
Training will be Mon, Tues & Fri 4pm - 11pm and Sat 11am 7pm
or
Starting 9th September:
Working Hours:
Monday, Thursday & Friday either 4pm - 11pm OR 5pm - Midnight (you choose)
AND Sunday 10am - 6pm
Training will be M! on, Thurs & Fri 4pm - 11pm and Sun 10am - 6pm
Pay rates:
Any hours worked 8am & 8pm Mon - Sat = £8.18
between 8pm & 10pm Mon - Fri = £9.41, Sat & Sun = £10.63
between 10pm & Midnight Mon - Fri = £10.63, Sat & Sun = £12.27
