We have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Advisor, for our Newport based client, providing 1st line support to customers on a wide range of queries relating to contracts.
This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract
- Respond to incoming telephone and e mail enquiries within service level agreements
- Provide help and support on the Accounts Payable service
- Provide information on queried payments
- Provide information and advice on the expenses
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful, courteous and professional telephone manner
- Good written communication skills
- A working knowledge of Oracle AP and Markview would be an advantage but is not essential
- Flexibility (the team operates a rota to provide service cover)
- Team working skills
