The Angel is a magnificent 102 bedroom, four star hotel sitting neatly between Cardiff castle and the Millennium stadium. This busy h! otel has 7 conference rooms which hold up to 300 guests.
Join our busy reception team and you'll need to have a talent to keep everyone happy. You'll be providing customer service for guests at check in and check out and be able to maximise sales opportunities at all times. In the absence of the Reception manager you'll be in charge of the department and ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role.
To apply you'll Need...
Experience in supervising small teams
Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail
Proven IT skills, ideally with knowledge of Windows & MS Office. Previous experience of using a computerised Front of House system would be an advantage.
Friendly disposition with clear spoken English
