My client is a National Residential Developer with an excellent reputation they are currently seek! ing to recruit a Technical Manager to help deliver projects in the South West & South Wales Region.
Technical Manager Role
Manage the delivery of all technical support
Reporting to the Technical Director
Provide technical advice internally & externally
Managing the development from planning to completion
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical background
Residential experience would be advantageous
Knowledge and appreciation of budgets
Excellent report writing and information management
Managing a team
Salary & Benefits
On offer for the successful Technical Manager is a highly competitive salary package of up to £50k + Package (dependant on experience).
