Are you a time served CNC Machinist looking for job security? My client is looking for a CNC Machinists to join a world leader across the aerospace industry.
The company is in need of new staff due to the increase in work load.
The Role
CNC Machinist (Milling, Turning, Grinding, Boring) (Mazatrol, Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious CNC machinist to join a fast paced, growing engineering company that is a genuine global market leader in its field.
As a CNC Machining Operator, you will programme/set/operate CNC machinery to manufacture fine tolerance components as required by customers.
All products are manufactured in line with an agreed schedule and to the quality specifications of the customer.
The Candidate
The ideal applicant will have a proven track recor! d in a similar role, operating multi-axis milling machines and! turning centers and internal and external grinding machines.
You will be experienced programming with a CNC control system, such as Mazatrol, Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain.
You should be able to read engineering drawings and analyse CMM inspection reports as well as being confident in the setting of all datum positions and manually setting work on the machine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important as you will be dealing within internal and external customers at all levels.
