Huntswood is a Financial Services Outsourcing Company that specialises in providing skilled administrators to the banking industry.
We are looking for associates to join an established complaint processing project in Cardiff. Your contract will be until the end of the year initially and at £150 per day.

Your role with Huntswood will involve:

• Working between in-house systems and excel
• Working within a process driven environment
• Letter writing
• Customer contact
• Working to targets

An ideal candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to use MS Word
• The ability to work within a productivity target driven environment
• Customer contact experience
• Complaints handling experience
• Experience within the financial services industry

We are looking for individuals who are able to start at short notice and who are ideally looking to work as a Huntswood contractor on an on-going basis.
