Home Instead Senior Care - Cardiff is a fast growing care agency with a differe! nce. We offer a bespoke and compassionate to our clients and we pride ourselves on consistency and the continuity of care that is so very integral to the continued health and independence of the vulnerable adults in our care. In order to keep up with our ever growing number of clients we are looking to appoint two experienced Home Carers who will be the backbone of our company and will assist us in delivering our award winning standard of care on a full-time basis.
The role itself is fast paced, and as part of a friendly and helpful team you will enjoy the support of your peers as well as the office staff. Due to the bespoke service we offer flexibility is a must. You will often be the first responder for a new client looking to engage our services quickly, as well as providing on-call assistance on a rota basis. Days of work will be 5 in 7 incorporating days and evening s with alternating weekends.
