We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for Heatherwood Court, Pontypridd. As a receptionist, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front line service to all telephone and personal clients and visitors as well as controlling access to the office and car parking. You will also be responsible for operating the telephone system including responding to enquiries, screening and transferring incoming calls. You may also be required to undertake tasks such as photocopying, copy typing and making travel arrangements as instructed by management.
To be considered for this post, you must have experience in public customer service in a frontline position and be an excellent communicator.
