CF82 8Whats involved with
this role: To
undertake more advanced diagnostic plumbing and electrical work and
installations associated with repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, new build
and ensure all building maintenance work undertaken is completed to an
acceptable industry standard i.e. Gas Safe/NICEIC To
pre-inspect! and diagnose selected repair requirements via the Maintenance!
Schedule of Rates to identify required resources, materials and plant to
undertake building maintenance works and ensure the efficient use of these
resources.To
ensure that repairs and maintenance are undertaken in a considerate manner
within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.To
maintain the required level of performance in respect of productive output,
attendance, job completion deadlines, kept appointments and customer
satisfaction to ensure value for money, quality of outputs to all service
stakeholders and contribute towards the financial viability of Building
