Robert Half Accounts and Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a growing organisation in Caerphilly, South Wales
The Role
Working with key busin! ess areas, supporting and advising tactical and operational decision making through insights that drive better business performance.Act as a role model for own team and provide strong leadership on health and safety.Provide proactive, expert financial direction and decision making advice to partnered leaders, supporting or challenging with alternatives as appropriate and acting as a trusted sounding board. Together with the leader supported, the holder of this job has accountability for the results performance.Utilise best financial practice in evaluation and monitoring of financial data appropriate to area supported (e.g. cost base, selling/pricing forecasts). Assist in the preparation of business cases and evaluations appropriate to area supported (e.g. capex; new product/market developments). Assess and advise on short term opportunities (e.g. cost/production, short term selling, supply chain fulfilment and inventory levels).The job holder takes end user accountability f! or the development, maintenance and operation of specified sys! tems
Salary & Benefits
