Dealer in the Cardiff region is currently looking for an experienced and professional Used Car Business Manager/Sales Executive for their busy Sales Department!
Job Specification:
Reporting to the General Sales Manager and working alongside a team of 5 Sales Executives, our client is looking for some who will firstly be responsible for presenting and selling finance and insurance (F&I) solutions to customers on their purchased cars and secondly be required sell used cars alongside ancillary products/services with the view of providing an overall efficient and profitable contribution to the Department.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, organised administration skills, a positive and helpful a! ttitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sal! es opportunity available. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with existing experience in a business /F&I management role or Car Sales Executives with a strong and stable track record in F&I sales that are looking to take the next step in their career.
For your hard work our client is offering a 12-15,000 basic salary (negotiable pending experience) with an uncapped and realistic OTE of 40,000+ per annum alongside a company vehicle, manufacturer training and fantastic career prospects with an established brand and business. The hours worked are 8:45AM - 6:00PM Monday to Friday (one day off per week and one late night shift per week) with 9:00AM - 5:00PM Saturday and 11:00AM - 4:00PM Sunday (Sunday on a rota and 1 full weekend off in six).
