This busines! s is a £multi-million turnover organisation, supplying fresh and frozen food products to the UK’s major retailers. Having an enviable reputation for building strong relationships across an expanding customer base, this leading food manufacturer is going from strength to strength. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for all technical issues at this purpose built site. Operating with a wide degree of autonomy, with a brief from raw materials to finished goods, your involvement will span all aspects of the Technical function, customer complaints procedure and system integration. Currently working in fresh food processing with experience in Technical/Quality Management, you will have significant knowledge of industry systems. If you are looking to take ownership of the Technical function and have an excellent understanding of HACCP, this is the ideal interim role for you.
