THE JOB:
Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will:
- lead and manage kitchen sections
- train and motivate junior staff
- have the ability to contribute ideas to the menu
- achieve excellence in cooking ability, standards and achieving con! sistency
- maintain the high standards and help the hot! el achieve 3 rosettes
THE CANDIDATE:
- The head chef is looking for cooking skills and ability and will consider chefs who have no experience in Rosette cooking. It is the passion and will to succeed along with current skills that are most important. Rosette standards can be taught for the right candidates
- Excellent food and wine knowledge - must be passionate about cooking!
- Must have quality dining background with all fresh food cooking experience
- Must have a clear passion for the cooking amazing food
- Must be proactive and able to work well within the brigade
