XIBO Ltd (www.xibomarketing.com) is a small but rapidly growing social media marketing company for the conference industry. We provide the social media marketing to some of the world’s largest conference companies.
As a Manager you will be responsible for coordinating a number of different suppliers, ensuring the campaigns we conduct for clients are delivered to expectations. You’ll also work with customers to make sure we’re continuously improving the ROI and responses from campaigns.
You’ll be expected to build best practice based on feed! back from various parties, improve strategy and train others a! ccordingly to facilitate our rapid expansion.
It will involve working with the data produced from campaigns to spot patterns and understand what is driving the most successful. You’d also be required to project manage the improvement of the database system.
You may be asked to implement new social media products for our customers, which will involve working with clients and our suppliers in areas that are new to us.
You may be asked to do other administration necessary to the running of the company, including recruitment, working with the accountant, assisting the CEO on new projects, and developing new products.
We’re looking for a graduate with a good degree and most importantly passion, energy and enthusiasm. Prior marketing experience is nice but not necessary.
You will need excellent communication skills in English on phone and by email and organisational ability.
£13k to £20k with up to £7k bonus.
