Responsibilities:
- Conducting business analysis to identify and define business requirements, objectives, and goals
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for business projects
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Conducting research and analysis to support business decisions
- Preparing detailed documentation, including project specifications, requirements, and user stories
- Participating in Agile development processes
- Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in various business analysis techniques, including process modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience in financial analysis or management accounting
- Familiarity with industry-standard business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or AgileBA
