Business Analyst [Pakistan]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business analysis to identify and define business requirements, objectives, and goals
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for business projects
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Preparing detailed documentation, including project specifications, requirements, and user stories
  • Participating in Agile development processes
  • Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in various business analysis techniques, including process modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL
  • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools
  • Experience in financial analysis or management accounting
  • Familiarity with industry-standard business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or AgileBA
