As,BPO Order Management & Finance, C&G you will serves as the product owner for the Order to Cash (O2C) capabilities of IT orchestration platforms, used to maintain the chain of identity of personalized CAR-T products throughout the End-to-End supply chain. Liaises with business stakeholders to plan product increments for implementation, owns backlog of requirements and contributes to overall product roadmap and vision to roll out ordering, delivery, revenue recognition, and financial reporting processes for clinical and commercial Cell & Gene products.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recognized as an SME with deep (global) industry expertise in O2C and finance.
- Manage Order, Shipment and Finance related documents for specific plant-country combinations (incl. exceptions scenarios)
- Identify areas of product improvement to support O2C, tax and finance processes. Collaborate with business functions, supply chain, and IT to design system related business processes and capabilities in these areas to deploy a proactive, agile, global end-to-end solutions. Liaise with business process owners to develop a good understanding of opportunities for innovation.
- Manage requirements (including backlog) for O2C and finance capabilities, prioritizes and assigns requirements to releases in alignment with business stakeholders.
- Strive for standardization and reduces local variants to product and requirements to ensure integrity of the product design.
- Contribute to & collaborates on overall product integrity by enabling integration with other products.

- Formal education in a relevant Science or Engineering field discipline, Supply Chain, and/or IT or other business area relevant education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully working in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years of experience working in a function focusing on Order to Cash business processes in Pharmaceuticals
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC (PP, SD, MM, and FI modules, integrations) and S4 HANA necessary. Familiarity with Novartis Pharma landscape strongly preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate to stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong technical knowledge and special expertise in cell therapy is a plus.

- Experience with GxP Validated systems.
