Bar staff - 5 Market Row, Brixton
Hourly rate: £11.95
Hours per week: minimum 15hrs, between Tuesday and Sunday
Friendship Adventure is a brewery. We brew refreshing, sessionable beer. Something for friends to drink. Our brewery started as a plan hatched between pals, and we love to see other groups of friends come together to do something special. We care about what you drink (obviously), but we also care about where you drink it, and with who(m?), and why.
This is an opportunity to join a small, energetic team in a growing business. The Taproom at 5 Market Row is our second venue, and aims to reflect the values that we hold as a brand: Inclusivity, collaboration and sociability.
We are looking for part-time staff to commit to 3 shifts per week - evenings and weekends. We can be flexible on days worked, so this can suit other work or study commitments.
You should
- Be naturally energetic, sociable and a great host
- Be keen to learn and develop, and work flexibly within a team
- Have a great sense of humour and get a buzz from showing customers a good time
Ideally, you have
- Previous experience in hospitality
We aim to give highly personal and knowledgeable customer service. We need you to be professional, naturally sociable, with great teamwork skills, a good sense of humour, intelligence and common sense. Above all you need to love talking to and serving people – a warm, welcoming demeanour should be in your nature, not something you need to ‘put on’ for work.
