Catering Manager An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an innovative, creative and ambitious Catering Manager to join one of our clients’ prestigious contracts located in the Cardiff area. As well as having excellent presentation, communication and man management skills, our successful Catering Manager will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm . Your role will be to assist the Operations Manager in the development of culinary initiatives that contributes to business growth and operational excellence. As a Catering Manager you will:
Be a proven, hands-on leader Have the ability to motivate and inspire Have excellent Food Safety knowledge Have excellent financial skills Proficient in auditing processes Have flair for growing retail sales Have relevant management experience and qualifications Be innovative and creative Demonstrate excellent client building relationship Need to be driven by excellence Have strong IT literacy Demonstrate great attention to detail Be up to date with current food trends Possess a can do will do approach Please only apply if you can demonstrate all of the above.
