Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Financial Controller, to provide accurate and timely management information to management for greater understanding of key areas to drive forward business strategies and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and analytical review
• Preparation of monthly/annual working papers and control documents; liaising with external auditors and ensuring their information requirements are answered in full on a timely and thorough basis
• Aiding the financial team in the budget & forecasting process
• Preparation of relevant and timely information & kpi`s for weekly management team meetings
• Dealing with the Fixed Asset register
• ##Analysing## weekly/monthly performance & reporting results and observations to the management team
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

The successful candidates must be part-qualified with a recognised professional Accounting Body. It is essential you can come in and hit the ground running. A detailed working knowledge of Excel is also critical. All candidates that apply must be able to start ASAP.
