Day to day running of the admin office encompassing reception and telephones Provide good customer service to clients, general public, staff, suppliers and sub-contractors Ensure effectiveness of admin equipment (fax, photocopier, printers and basic office supplies) Keep admin office tidy and in good order General admin duties including photocopying, typing, upkeep of the visitors log and issuing of site instructions Dealing with ad hoc management requests Provide admin support to service departments Report weekly sick spreadsheet Cover the reception desk when required
Knowledge skills & experience § Have a good basic education, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills. § Ability to communicate and delegate at all levels. § Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach. § Have a sound understanding of current company and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental Impacts and Risk Assessment Procedures. § Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current operations department activities when requested to do so. § Have a good knowledge of different software packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Person § Able to work under pressure. § Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. § Must be flexible regarding working hours.
