Our client, a well-respected Housing Association in Newport has approached BRC seeking a number of accomplished Resident Support Officers to provide a respons! ive support system to vulnerable tenants in the community.
Day to day duties:
- Working in a contact centre environment dealing with inbound client welfare calls
- Providing a responsive support service for clients, going into their homes and assisting them back onto their feet
- Installing Tele-care equipment into clients homes
- Providing an out of hours repairs service for tenants properties
- Strong customer service skills
- Call / contact centre skills
- First aid qualification
- Manual Handling training
- A CRB
- Knowledge of Tunstal alarm systems
- Ideally you will have experience of working in the care/support setting
