RWT Solutions are recruiting for our Cardiff based client who need a highly skilled and professional customer service advisor. The candidate will need to be skilled in providing an exceptional level of customer service, must be willing to work a rotating shift pattern, be willing to learn new things and understand the importance of the customer’s journey. The candidates must be able to demonstrate the following during the selection process:
Motivation
Communication skills
Problem solving
Sales through service
DUTIES:
You will be expected to answer incoming calls from both new and existing customers, effectively you will be the first point of contact for the business and as such you will be measured on customer satisfaction and first call resolution. You will be expected as part of your role to promote and sell new products to existing customers durin! g calls whilst maintaining a high level of service.
The pa! ckage on offer is competitive and includes the following:
Basic salary of £13500
Monthly incentive of £100
Annual bonus based on business and personal performance (60-40 split)
Pension options
Life cover after 1 year’s service
The site is modern and spacious and has a subsidised restaurant on site, there are no parking facilities on site but a discounted car parking facility is available after training upon request.
