Description: Bourne Leisure Limited is at present recruited Sports and Leisure Manager right now, this position will be placed in Wales. We are currently recruiting for a Sports and Leisure Manager to join our team and be responsible for the running of a sports and leisure department.
The successful candidate w! ill be responsible for the management of a team of lifeguards and sports coaches as well as overseeing the use of the leisure and sports facilities. The candidate must control the maintenance of the facilities, ensuring the appropriate standard of cleanliness exceeds customer expectations and that all Company Policies and relevant legislation are adhered to.
Requirements
The successful candidate will use creative commercial flair to oversee and develop the sport and leisure operation, maximise Leisure Membership and drive sales of related products to increase revenue. Previous experience of people management is also essential.
The ideal candidate will also ideally hold either the RLSS or NPLQ Lifeguard qualification or equivalent, and the Pool Plant Operators qualification (PPO). However, this is not essential as full training can be given.
