Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager is an experienced problem solver who finds the overlap between business requirements and technical capabilities. Will use programming experience to address complicated project challenges. T! ranslates development solutions for business owners and business requirements for developers.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Define platform-specific functionality and limitations.
- Review complex technical documentation to research and ultimately address implementation issues.
- Communicate with the developers of multiple vendors on multiple projects.
- Investigate user experience design solutions and provide implementation solutions.
- Work with and participate in all tasks, including but not limited to: user research, technology evaluations, user and process flows, creation of wireframes and functional specification, requirement clarifications, code review, mobile web testing, native app testing, defect resolution, and issue tracking.
- Ability to work with sponsors and stakeholders to communicate status, gather needs, requirements, and other information.
- Research and report on new operating systems, features, te! chnologies and growth opportunities.
- Provide visionar! y guidance and solutions that will define the future state of the product.
- Expertise
o Can understand complex multi-system technical infrastructure, APIs, and privacy concerns to provide optimized design solutions.
o Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
o Strong knowledge of mobile interaction models, navigation methodologies, and usability.
o Strong knowledge of mobile user behavior and needs.
- Other strengths
o Ability to anticipate business, user, and/or technical conflicts in advance and recommend solutions.
o Ability to work on multiple tasks.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience with Objective C, LUA, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, InDesign! and Visio.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor and Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Human Factors or similar.
- Eight to ten yearsâ experience participating in large-scale development projects.
- Five to seven yearsâ experience in scripting and object oriented programming languages.
