My leading Financial Services client is looking to r! ecruit a Business Analyst to work on a major transformation programme.
Key Accountabilities
Defining the project scope and the overall approach to requirements analysis and solution design;
Designing and facilitating workshops with the business to establish scope requirements business outcomes and to model business processes;
Defining and documenting business requirements, producing the business requirements catalogue and initiating the requirements traceability matrix;
Defining and documenting as-is and to-be process models;
Planning re the business analysis deliverables;
Ensuring all accountable deliverables meet pre-defined standards of quality;
Owns resolution of design issues;
Owns and gathers stakeholder input to functional specs;
Owns analysis of qualitative and quantitative benefits.
Required Skills/ Experience
SAP Experience;
Web Portal Experience;
Background in General Insurance;
Experience i! nvolving Process re-engineering, major systems change and organisational/cultural change.
