Requirements

We’re looking for enthusiastic and self motivated individuals with a proven track record in customer service and sales, ideally gained within the financial services sector. With excellent relationship building skills, you’ll work closely with the branch teams to help deliver a first class experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Working in a branch towards achieving challenging service and sales objectives

Holding meetings with cus! tomers to build understanding of their protection needs and ma! tching the bank’s products and services

Selling the bank’s protection products and services whilst ensuring that you treat the customer fairly

Reviewing customer’s records in order to identify suitable products that could meet their needs

Ensuring you comply with FSC regulations including completing paperwork and maintaining records

Demonstrate world class customer service every time by putting customer needs at the heart of all you do.
