Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. This is a great opportunity to join PHS Group as their new Product Manager for the Washrooms division. In this exciting and challenging role you will be responsible for:
- Identifying product de! velopment opportunities.You will define, specify and propose a product development programme with respect to both the existing product range and identifying new product opportunities.
- Identifying key trends that will have an impact on existing products and product development opportunities as well as having a brief to closely monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Establishing any viable branding tie-ups with non-competing organisations.
- Owning the development process, from concept to full launch in conjunction with the key internal stakeholders.
- Giving sign off and approval of product information across all marketing media, including brochures, web, advertising etc and will be responsible for forecasting production volumes and monitoring sales achievement.
- Co-ordinating and Chairing the regular Product Development Review meetings.
This brand new Product Manager role requires a candid! ate that is excited to work for a market leader, but is prepar! ed to challenge the status quo to achieve fantastic results. As such, to be successful in the role of Product Manager you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Ideally both Product management and Communications experience, some of which must be in a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
- A track record of identifying product range gaps as well as identifying changes in trends, legislation and technology that have an impact on product development opportunities.
- Confident, engaging character being able to work with and influence people at the highest level of the organisation.
- An entrepreneurial spirit - able to go and get it rather than waiting for it to happen.
- Ability to build relationships, present and communicate at all levels in the business.
