Key Skills.
? Windows XP, 7 Configuration and Deployment and troubleshooting
? Experience configuring PCs & Laptops.
? Proven, technical problem solving experience
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal
? Understanding of best practices in performing end to end testing of software and services.
? Ability to diagnose simple network issues
? AS/400 operation and Support
? Backups and data Handling
? Active Directory Administration
? Group Policy Administration and troubleshooting
? Knowledge of ITIL support service standards.
Intapeople are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to work within one of Wales's leading IT companies.
This role will involve working on a busy service desk providing IT support to those within the business,
Responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd line support, logging calls, monitoring the central fax server, mobile and web! IDs for client access and setting up and maintaing SLAs also ! producing weekly internal and external reports for clients.
The successful candidate will have experience to ensure that Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements are adhered to and delivered on time- previous experience of working in this type of environment will be is essential for this one so please make sure it's documented on your CV or covering email. ITIL knowledge would also be a bonus.
